COMMUNITY ORGANISATION GRANTS

 

Growing Regions Program Round 1

Opens 5 July 2023. Closing 1 August 2023.

Grants of $500,000 to $15M. For local government and not-for-profit organisations. For capital works projects that deliver community and economic infrastructure projects across regional and rural Australia. More info here.

Marking (First World War) Private Graves Grants Program

Closing 20 June 2023

Funding is provided to contribute to the cost of establishing a grave marker on currently unmarked private graves. To commemorate service personnel not eligible for Government recognition. Info here.

Australia Women’s Football Fund

Closing 30 June 2023

Grants up to $5,000. For Community Clubs or Community Leagues or Associations. To support the growth of women and girls in community Football. Read here.

Australia Post Community Grants Program

Closing 1 July 2023

Grants up to $10,000. To fund community-led local projects. To improve mental health and mental wellbeing outcomes of a community. Info here.

Redlands RSL Community Grants Program

Closing 28 July 2023

Funding up to $5,000. To help not-for-profit organisations to buy small equipment for volunteers, club sporting equipment, office furniture and training of volunteers. More info here.

Go for Gold Fund Round 2

Closing 15 September 2023

Funding of up to $5M. For new or upgraded school sports infrastructure. Only 1 sports infrastructure application per school. Project completion by December 2025. Info here.

Community Road Safety Grants

Closing 29 September 2023

Funding of up to $40,000. To deliver road safety education initiatives. Read here.

Investing in Queensland Women Grants

Opens July 2023

Grants up to $15,000. For projects and events that align with the Queensland Government’s strategic priorities and address the unique issues faced by women and girls. Info here.

School Transport Infrastructure Program

Funding of up to $500,000. For projects that improve the school safety through new/improved infrastructure including Drop & Go zones, fencing, bike paths, parking etc. Typically 50-50% funding or up to 100%. More info here.

Tourism & Events Queensland Major Event Investment

Ongoing

For one-off recurring event. To attract visitors to Queensland and support the State’s tourism industry. Read here.

Boosting Accessible Tourism Experiences Grant

Closing 30 June 2023.

Grants up to $20,000 ex GST. For the development and/or enhancement of existing tourism infrastructure or products to develop more accessible visitor experiences and enhance accessibility for tourism workers. More info here.
