As our clubs warm up for the return of community sport, the Palaszczuk Government is ensuring the coming season is COVID-safe, today announcing a recovery assistance package:

βœ… COVID SAFE Active Clubs Kickstart with grants of $2,000 for up to 7,000 clubs
βœ… $150 FairPlay vouchers to cover sign on fees for 73,000 children from low income families
βœ… Active Restart Infrastructure Recovery Fund with grants for minor works of up to $20,000 for clubs
βœ… Active Industry Fund providing $10.8 million across 77 state-level sporting and recreation organisations.

Redland City Council COVID-19 Relief and Recovery Grants Program now open.

COVID-19 Community Organisation Support Grant – Funding of up to $10,000 to support community organisations in Redlands that are providing support and relief to Redlands Coast community members impacted by COVID-19.

Eligible organisations are those that provide relief or support to residents who have been financially/materially impacted; those with psycho-social needs or whose risk factors have increased as a result of COVID-19 (DV, Child Safety, Family Breakdown, Homelessness).

Mt. Isa Mines North Queensland Community Assistance Program opens 11 May 2020. Closing 22 May 2020.
